Thought Pilates was just stretching? Need whole body training, but you don’t know where to start? Or when you try, you always sustain injuries?
Authentic Pilates at Contrology NZ offers a full-body resistance-based workout while stretching your whole body. It develops balance in the body (and the mind). Contrology gives you the stability and mobility for ultimate body control and performance for the every day or your elite sport.
Through a personalised programme, you can work your body as it needs on that day- rehab an injury, stretch out tech neck, and always tone up and strengthen even the smallest muscles in your body.
We offer an authentic Pilates introductory programme that will run for 4 weeks.
The programme is for 2 open studio classes per week, enabling you to see real results in a fun, challenging environment.
To get started, you will receive a 45-minute private workout for half price! These can be booked at any time prior to the programme starting.
Full Programme cost: $400. Includes 8x CNZ Open studio sessions plus a 45 minute private.

What to expect
To get started, your programme cost includes a 45 minute private session to discuss your goals and requirements, and start working on your programme.
Each client will receive a tailored programme to work in the fully equipped studio (think reformer, Cadillac, arm and leg springs and specific chairs like Wunda and Arm chair to transform all of the muscles in your body). You will work under my expert guidance in a small group of 2-4 clients, 2 times per week.
The programme is a taster for 4 weeks.
Programme cost: $400. Payable $100 per week via direct debit.
