ContrologyNZ 3-day Retreat is open for bookings held at Pilates O Ka La, in Honolulu’s Diamond Head.
It will be filled with private lessons, workshops, as well as CNZ Open studio sessions. There will be a worskhop on both Saturday and Sunday.

We can’t wait to guest teach and run workshops at beautiful Pilates O Ka La in Diamond Head in late April ! Join us for our first retreat in 2024 . Workshops, Privates and CNZ open studio sessions are avaiable to deepen your understanding and connections.

Saturday 1030am -12pm : HANDS ON
Guiding and tactile queuing on is back by popular demand.- across all sorts of apparatus.
Sunday 1030-12pm : BUILDING BLOCKS
The brilliance of the system, progressing your client safely and efficiently across a range of aparatus to achieve ultimate results.
CNZ open studio workouts are available Friday 1pm, Saturday and Sunday at 9am.
Private lessons are available Friday 2-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 1-3pm, as well as Monday morning upon request. email for available times.

Sexy summer back ( and arms ) workshop. Plus focus on healthy feet
Let’s work on our arm back connection using arm weights plus: focus sore Feet? This is the workshop for you. It is 9:30am-11:00am followed by brunch at Duo (Note: its day light saving day so an an hour later to save you getting up too early). Price: $50
The breath: deepen your pilates work and heal through Buteyko Wellness Breathing
The last workshop for 2023 on Sunday 5th November is a colab with a Buteyko Breathing specialist. This 1.5 hour workshop from 9am-1030am will include a pilates mat warm session focusing on breath, followed the buteyko teacher Danika teaching the fundamentals of breath in flow. A final treat is finishing with Yoga Nidra to ground you for your day. As this is our final workshop for the year- we will finish at 1030am with a cuppa and a light bite to eat. Price : $95 book workshop for better breathing

Contrology NZ Brunch Series: Workshop 2: Deepen your reformer work and find your posture on the wall
Full Body Pilates workout with the support of a Theraband. Learn movement skills to create a pilates reformer workout anywhere you go part 2! and learn how the wall is your best friend for workout and posture.
Come early at 845am for your favourite cuppa of herbal tea and a chat.
Workshop starts at 9am.
